Morning meditation (Tuesdays 7:30 – 8:15 am):

This early morning class is an opportunity to begin the day in mindfulness. Various tools may be used to support meditation: simple movements, visualization, conscious breathing and sound. Non-religious and accessible to all.

Vedic Chanting (Wednesdays 7:30 – 8:15 am):

Discover the power of sound and why many traditions have used chanting to reach the deepest layer of consciousness. A reflective, deeply calming practice, Vedic chanting cultivates concentration and leaves one feeling energized and refreshed. The texts are non-religious. No prior experience is needed.
